foxleyarchitecture was engaged on our 12,000sf Medical Clinic building at 2010 Naomi Street, Houston, near the Medical Center. They always were ahead of construction requirements. Later they also worked on our Lessee build-out design to meet the special requirements with a challenging time-table. Peter is a great architect -- smart and congenial, from start to finish. He has good ideas; is responsive; never missed a deadline, is very accurate (never found a bad dimension); has extensive knowledge of City and ADA permits and requirements; and is extremely competent with CAD use and filing procedures which makes the project easy to follow and commit electronically for better, swifter progress. Peter is practical and works well with bankers, regulators, suppliers, and other architects/engineers/designers, usually simplifying the most complicated syntax. We would use FoxleyArchitecture again and recommend them highly. You may call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely, John R, General Contractor, and building-owner Principle
Peter is a wonderful architect and a trustworthy Christian. He designed our 5000+ sq. ft. molecular biology lab space and office which required a complete gutting of the prior doctors' office. Peter worked with us in a timely fashion and on budget, and the results were great. Very creative with the use of light - everyone still loves our space almost two years later.
